Ingredients -
  • Boneless chicken -1 Kg
  • Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Color for appearance
  • Oil-3/4 Cup
  • Mustard - 1 tspn
  • Ginger garlic Paste -2 tsp
  • Red chilly powder-6 tsp
  • Directions-
  • Cut chicken into small cube like pieces
  • Add turmeric powder, salt and color (red) to the chicken. Keep it aside.
  • Now grind ginger and garlic into paste. Keep it aside
  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustards.
  • Add chicken pieces and fry until the chicken becomes hard.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste to the chicken in the pan.
  • Keep on frying until it smells good.
  • Add red chilly powder to it and fry for 3 minutes
  • Remove the pan and allow the stuff to cool down.
  • Store it in an air tight jar and refrigerate.
