Directions-
Cut chicken into small cube like pieces
Add turmeric powder, salt and color (red) to the chicken. Keep it aside.
Now grind ginger and garlic into paste. Keep it aside
Heat oil in a pan and add mustards.
Add chicken pieces and fry until the chicken becomes hard.
Add ginger-garlic paste to the chicken in the pan.
Keep on frying until it smells good.
Add red chilly powder to it and fry for 3 minutes
Remove the pan and allow the stuff to cool down.
Store it in an air tight jar and refrigerate.
